Iced Matcha Lemonade
adapted mostly from Sweet Steep Tea Blog
• 2 teaspoons matcha powder
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 cups lemonade of choice
• sweetener of choice, to taste*
➀ In small bowl/cup, combine matcha powder and water, whisking until fully mixed.
➁ Pour lemonade into cocktail shaker or other covered container. Add matcha mix and shake well.
➂ If you're making this for the first time, you may want a quick taste test at this point to determine how much sweetener you want to add, if any, and shake again to mix it in. Make note of this for next time!
➃ Pour over ice to serve. Enjoy!
* I prefer a simple syrup made from monkfruit sugar, as this tastes great but doesn't affect my blood glucose level. No guilt!
